How to use this page

1 Enter your name in the field on the left, complete the human check, and click Submit.
2 Ask the caller to confirm the Technician ID displayed on your screen. They may also send a confirmation message through the system.
3 If the ID does not match, or the caller refuses to verify, hang up immediately and contact Computer Services using a known number.

Never share your password, multi-factor authentication code, or banking details, and never allow remote access, unless the technician has been verified through this page.
