Step One: select your Microsoft 365 plan
Below are the inclusions on the most basic plan, each plan has a per user/per month fee. Depending on the needs of your business, your plan can be upgraded to include other features such as desktop versions of word, etc, webinar functionality, video editing, and more.
- Identity management involves creating, maintaining, and verifying user identities within an organization.

A custom business email refers to an email address that uses your company's domain name, rather than a generic provider like Gmail or Yahoo. For example, instead of using an email like john.doe@gmail.com, a custom business email would be john.doe@yourcompany.com.
The web and mobile versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office apps offer access to the core functionalities of these programs on different devices, without the need for desktop installations.

1TB of cloud storage per employee means that each employee in the organisation is provided with 1 terabyte (1,000 gigabytes) of online storage space for their files, documents, emails, and other data. This cloud storage is hosted on OneDrive cloud service.
Having 1TB of storage per employee ensures that they can store a large amount of data without worrying about running out of space. It also enables easy access to files from anywhere, allows for collaboration with colleagues, and ensures data is securely backed up in the cloud, protecting against data loss from hardware failures.
